Approval
Mark each version of an asset Approved or Needs changes.
Set a status
- Open the asset.
- Open the menu on a version: the ⋯ button, or a right-click.
- Choose Status, then Approved or Needs changes.
You can also set it from the Status row in the version's details.
Each version has its own status, so you can approve one crop and send another back. To explain what needs to change, leave a comment.
The person who created the version gets an email when someone else marks it.

Who can set a status
Everyone in a library can set a status, including Viewers.
