Videos get a real thumbnail

A video in your library shows a representative frame, picked at upload — and the grid paints it without pulling down the clip.

What's new:

• Poster frames for every video. Uploads pick a frame that actually represents the clip, so a shelf of videos reads at a glance.
• Length on the tile. Each video shows its duration alongside its dimensions.
• Older videos too. Clips uploaded before this change carry a frame as well.
